The Ballroom at I Street

The Ballroom at I Street is a grand 5,000 sq ft all white venue with 16-ft ceilings, 6-ft chandeliers and space to hold up to 300 seated guests. The grounds include a 1930’s colonial home that has been renovated into a bridal party house that includes a large bridal dressing suite, groom’s dressing suite, brunch room that seats 10-20, kitchen, 2 bedrooms to rent and gorgeous tree-lined outdoor space with an ornate iron dome gazebo perfect for ceremonies or cocktail hour. Tables whether round, banquet or cocktail or sweetheart and both indoor and outdoor chairs are included. New to 2020 high end tabletop decor items are available for use by all Ballroom couples at a $100 max fee.  Any caterer is allowed as well as alcohol from anywhere when served by an insured bartender.
